Damon's practice is solutions driven.  Whether addressing litigation or aiding with construction, real estate, or other business matters, the best course of action is the one that most quickly and efficiently achieves solutions for the client.

Damon lives in the SW Metro area and enjoys hiking, running, mountaineering and scuba diving.  Nearly all the background photos on this website are all Damon's photos from various Oregon and Washington hikes.  When not at work or out on the trail, he can usually be found under the hood of an old truck in his shop.
