Henrie Law specializes in assisting individuals and businesses in the construction and development industry.  I help construction clients in residential, commercial, and public construction projects of all sizes.

I provide contractors and owners with the front end legal work for construction projects.  My background as a construction litigator provides the insight necessary to assist clients in setting up their projects for minimal issues.  The firm can provide all the necessary assistance from beginning to end for a successful project, including:

  • modifying or reviewing one of the industry's standard document packages to fit the client's needs;

  • reviewing a client's pre-existing contract documents; 

  • drafting contract packages from scratch;

  • aiding the client in ensuring indemnity and insurance needs are met;    

  • assisting in contract disputes and claims;

  • aiding contractors and owners with their insurance needs before, during and after construction; and 

  • developer services including drafting restrictive covenants.   

 

Firm clients have included owners, real estate developers, investors, general contractors, subcontractors (all trades), project managers, design professionals and material suppliers and manufacturers.
